Help for post-Covid/long Covid symptoms

Do you need a spike protein detox?

Post COVID symptoms (aka long covid) are inconsistent and its clinical manifestations vary widely.

A significant portion of people who had covid-19 can develop residual health problems, which is termed as long COVID.

*If you had Covid-19 or received a Covid-19 injection, you may have spike proteins circulating in your body

*Spike proteins can circulate in your body after infection or injection, causing damage to cells, tissues and organs

The spike protein is responsible for the pathologies of the viral infection. It is known to open the blood-brain barrier, cause cell damage and according to Robert Malone, MD, the inventor of the mRNA and DNA vaccine core platform technology, the spike protein is active in manipulating the biology of the cells that coat the inside of your blood vessels, in part through its interaction with ACE2, which controls contraction in the blood vessels, blood pressure and other things. Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist, cardiologist and epidemiologist, states that it also may cause inflammation and clotting in any tissue in which it accumulates. [1]

There is no test to diagnose post-COVID conditions, and people may have a wide variety of symptoms that could come from other health problems. This can make it difficult for healthcare providers to recognize post-COVID conditions.

According to the World Council for Health, the virus spike protein has been linked to adverse effects such as: myocarditis, brain fog, blood clots, pneumonia. It is most likely responsible for many of the injection side effects as well. In order to clear these after injection or infection, doctors and holistic practitioners are suggesting a few simple actions to cleanse the body from damage of remaining spike proteins.

Typical Long Covid/Post Covid Symptoms

*Fatigue (Very Common)
*Brain Fog
*Depression
*Headache
*Sleep Issues / Insomnia
*Chronic Cough
*Lightheadedness
*Shortness of Breath
*Chest Pain or Tightness
*Loss of Smell
*Muscle Aches
*Heart Palpitations
*Dizziness
*Joint Pain
*Pins and Needles feeling in hands and or feet
*Gastrointestinal Issues

The following recommendations may help to alleviate post Covid infection or injection symptoms. I have put them into categories, but most of these overlap with their capacity to help you detoxify.

Spike Protein Inhibitors:

Spike protein inhibitors obstruct the binding of the spike protein to cells.

Prunella vulgaris – also known as “heal-all” or “self-heal“. This plant has anti-viral properties. There is strong evidence that the components of this plant have anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity and may be developed as a novel antiviral approach against SARS-CoV-2 infection. [2] This can be purchased online or in natural health markets. Recommended dosing by the World Council for Health (WCF) is 7 ounces of the tea daily.

Dandelion leaf extract – there was an interesting study done that showed dandelion extract blocked viral entry into cells, which also included anti-inflammatory effects. [3] [4] Recommended dosing according to general bottle instructions.

Pine Needles – pine needle tea is considered an abundant natural anti-influenza compound. It is high in vitamin C and vitamin A. The proanthocyanidin in pine needles contain antioxidant properties and immunomodulatory effects. [5] Again, this can be found online in natural food markets. Drink 3 cups daily.

Black Seed Oil – also known as black cumin seed oil. It has been said about this supplement that it cures everything but death. If you were to pick just one supplement to help your immunity, this would be it. Black seed oil is anti-viral, anti-inflammatory and anti-parasitic. (Ivermectin, anyone?) The doctors who formed the FLCCC alliance have this on their covid recovery protocol list.[6] Start slow for your body to adjust, maybe 1/2 teaspoon. Personally I have taken up to one tablespoon daily. As a “side effect”, my A1C went from 6.1 to 5.4 without any other changes. Research it, this is an amazing product.

Spike Protein Neutralizers:

Spike protein neutralizers render the virus unable to cause further damage to cells.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) -NAC inhibits expression of proinflammatory cytokines, (cytokine storm), improves T cell response, benefits a variety of lung problems, and inhibits the hypercoagulation that can result in stroke and/or blood clots that impair the ability to exchange oxygen in the lungs. N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is a precursor to reduced glutathione, in which deficiency of this may be associated with COVID-19 severity, leading doctors to believe that NAC may be useful both for its prevention and treatment. [7] Dosing recommended by WCH is 1200mg daily in divided doses.

Glutathione – Glutathione is essential for the immune system’s proper functioning and is vital in building and repairing tissue. It acts as an important antioxidant, which helps protect your body from damage to cells caused by free radicals. A glutathione deficiency may be at the root of severe illness, as it leads to significant oxidative stress, lung inflammation and multiorgan failure with COVID. Dr. Purvi Parikh, an infectious disease, allergy and immunology specialist at NYU Langone Hospital, said glutathione may help in calming the immune system’s overreaction to the coronavirus known as a “cytokine storm.” There was a story in the New York Post about a med student giving his mother glutathione when other protocols were not quite sufficient for her healing. You can read it here. He discusses his dosing as 2000mg. Bottle recommendations for dosing are generally 500mg daily. Increase at your own discretion and risk.

Vitamin C – The benefits of vitamin C are by now quite well known. It is a great antiviral. Ascorbate has been shown to have specific antiviral effects in which it inactivates the RNA or DNA of viruses, or in the assembly of the virus. [7] Dosing can be quite varied. WCF recommends 6grams to 12,000 grams daily in divided doses. Start low and increase slowly. Loose stools are a sign you have hit your limit and need to back off.

The compounds in the above products contain shikimic acid, which may counteract blood clot formation and reduce some of the spike protein’s toxic effects. Nattokinase, a form of fermented soy, may also help to reduce the occurrence of blood clots. [8]

Anti-inflammatories:

Interleukin 6 (IL-6) is a proinflammatory cytokine that is expressed post-injection and levels increase in those with COVID-19. It’s for this reason that the World Health Organization recommends IL-6 inhibitors for people who are severely ill with COVID-19.[9] Many natural IL-6 inhibitors, or anti-inflammatories, exist and may be useful for those seeking to detox from COVID-19 or COVID-19 injections.

Boswellia serrata (frankincense) – Boswellia, or Indian frankincense, is a resin herbal extract from the boswellia tree, which natural medicine practices have used for centuries. Its anti-inflammatory effects mean that it may help with inflammatory conditions. Some research shows that boswellic acid can prevent the formation of leukotrienes in the body. [10] Leukotrienes are molecules that have been identified as a cause of inflammation. It is often found in a combination capsule with Curcumin (turmeric). Follow bottle recomendations.

Curcumin – this is a significant anti-inflammatory. Curcumin comes from turmeric, the roots of the plant that are used to make the spice that is used in cooking and herbal drinks. Curcumin is the naturally occurring compound within the plant’s roots that give it it’s bright yellow color and is known as a carotenoid compound. Look for a product with curcumin and not just turmeric, you’ll get more potency. Follow bottle recommendations. A great combo product with boswellia and curcumin is something called “Zyflamend” by New Chapter.

Black Cumin seed oil – see above.

Quercetin – Quercetin is a bioflavonoid found in red wine, grapefruit, onions, apples, black tea, and, in lesser amounts, in leafy green vegetables and beans. Quercetin has an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity. It is a powerful immune booster and broad-spectrum antiviral. It also inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which may be beneficial since serious COVID-19 infection and subsequent death appears to be due to cytokine storm activity. Up to 500 mg twice daily is general recommendations. Take with zinc.

Vitamin D – Different studies showed that people with vitamin D deficiency had more severe COVID-19 symptoms and that vitamin D treatment to hospitalized COVID-19 patients reduced the severity of the disease. [11] In order to save space here you can read more of the importance of vitamin D (along with recommended dosing) on this BLOG POST.

Prevention of cleavage of Spike Protein:

Ok, stay with me here. To gain entry into your cells, SARS-CoV-2 must first bind to the cell. (An ACE2 or CD147 receptor.) Next, the spike protein subunit must be proteolytically cleaved, or cut. Without this protein cleavage, the virus would simply attach to the receptor and not get any further. Furin is a proteolytic enzyme, aka it is a protease. As an enzyme, furin cleaves/cuts these sections and activates the proteins.

“The furin site is why the virus is so transmissible, and why it invades the heart, the brain and the blood vessels,” Dr. Steven Quay, a physician and scientist, explained at a GOP House Oversight and Reform Subcommittee on Select Coronavirus Crisis hearing. Furin has been shown to separate the spike protein and thus allow the virus to enter human cells.

Natural furin inhibitors prevent cleavage/cutting of the spike protein so they may help you detox from furin and include:

Rutin – Rutin is a bioflavonoid, or plant pigment, that is found in certain vegetables and fruits. According to WCH it is a substance that naturally inhibits furin. Dosing is recommended from 500 mg up to 4000 mg in divided doses.

Limonene – is contained in the rind of citrus fruits such as lemons, oranges and limes. Up to 2000 mg daily.

Hesperidin – is also abundant in citrus. up to 150 mg twice daily.

Serine protease is another enzyme that is responsible for the cleavage of the spike protein. Inhibiting this may therefore prevent spike protein activation and viral entry into cells. Some serine protease inhibitors include:

Blue Green Algae – Spirulina, Chlorella and Klamath are types of blue green algae. One of the components of this algae is calcium spirulan. It inhibits the penetration of these viruses into host cells. General recommendations are 1 – 10 grams daily. I would suggest to follow supplement dosing instructions and increase at your own discretion.

NAC and Boswellia are also known to prevent viral entry into cells. See above.

The furin is central to the way the virus attacks. [12]

Ok, what else?

Other items to consider are the following:

Time-Restricted Eating and Healthy Diet for All:

In addition to the targeted substances mentioned above, WCH was wise to note that a healthy diet is the first step to a healthy immune system. Reducing your consumption of processed foods and other proinflammatory foods, including vegetable (seed) oils, is essential for an optimal immune response.

Time-restricted eating, which means condensing your meals into a six- to eight-hour window, is also beneficial. This will improve your health in a variety of ways, primarily by improving your mitochondrial health and metabolic flexibility, which means your body is able to more efficiently use the fuel from different macronutrient sources such as carbs and fats.

It can also increase autophagy [13] which helps your body clear out damaged cells. As noted by WCH “This method … is used to induce autophagy, which is essentially a recycling process that takes place in human cells, where cells degrade and recycle components. Autophagy is used by the body to eliminate damaged cell proteins and can destroy harmful viruses and bacteria post-infection.”

Sauna:

Another strategy to boost your health and longevity, and possibly to help detox spike protein, is regular sauna usage. As your body is subjected to reasonable amounts of heat stress, it gradually becomes acclimated to the heat, prompting a number of beneficial changes to occur in your body.

These adaptations include increased plasma volume and blood flow to your heart and muscles (which increase athletic endurance) along with increased muscle mass due to greater levels of heat-shock proteins and growth hormone. It’s a powerful detoxification method due to the sweating it promotes. Consult your healthcare provider if you have any pre-existing conditions that may prevent you from a sauna treatment.

This is an evolving guide with emerging information on how to clear viral and vaccine-induced spike proteins from the body. The lists of herbal and other medicines and supplements have been compiled in a collaboration between international doctors, scientists, and holistic medical practitioners. See sources below for further study.

It is not known how long spike proteins stay in the body, however this guide is designed to reduce the load.

Many people have been unable to find help for spike protein related illness (also called spikopathy) through existing healthcare services. This information is relevant if you have experienced adverse reactions after Covid injection, have Long Covid, or have post Covid-Injection Syndrome (pCoIS). It is not all-inclusive. See my disclaimer on sidebar.
